Do you have water at the venue?

We sell bottled water and have a free filtered water station behind the check-in kiosk.

Does The Boardwalk have parking?

We have limited parking at the venue. There is parking available in the surrounding neighborhood. Please do not leave valuables in your car and use a crosswalk if you need to cross the street. We recommend using ride-share services.

Is there an age restriction for the shows?

Age limit varies by event. Please check the individual page listing for your specific event. For all-ages shows, guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. What am I not allowed to bring to a show?

Items NOT-ALLOWED to be brought into venue include, but are not limited to:

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Alcohol
  • Illegal drugs/substances
  • Outside food/beverages
  • Backpacks/large bags
  • Laser pointers
  • Selfie-Sticks
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • Fireworks
  • Large markers/spray paint
  • Multiples of anything meant for sale or distribution without authorization
  • Professional photography equipment or video cameras (members of the media should reach out to info@rocktheboardwalk.com with any inquiries)

What are the wristbands for?

During an event you must have a colored wristband to order alcohol and for in/out privileges. For all ages shows, if you are under 21 you must be accompanied by a paying responsible adult.  There are NO in/out privileges for under-age guests.

What is your ticket refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are given only if a show is canceled. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us during business hours.

We are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5pm - 11pm, and we are also open Sunday from 10:30am - 6pm.

Where can I smoke at the venue?

Smoking, including the use of tobacco products is NOT allowed inside the venue or on the front porch; you may smoke in the parking lot at least 20 ft. away from the door and in designated outdoor areas.
